SHIPPING

 

Shipping is handled and packaged by BLK Style + Fashion. Items shipped between 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.

Please note, delivery times displayed at checkout are there as an indication and we cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

If you give an incorrect address at checkout, we will not be held liable and if the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for any redelivery costs. 

​

BLK Style + Fashion is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Please note, we do not offer refunds at the moment for styling services and purchasing clothes.

 

However, if you give us at least 24 hrs notice of your need to cancel styling services or purchasing clothes, we will credit your payment toward another service, or exchange item.

 

However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
